And for everyone that wonders where I got this great deal... for 1 I knew the guy and had been eyeing up the bike for about 2-3 years... it was a late middleaged farmer that basically bought it for gits and shiggles. He also had a harley that is his main ride. The bike was sitting in a shed, full of bird poo, dust, and mouse houses... So I did a LOT of cleaning... also had to re-solder a wire or 2 (thank you mice). I am a mechanic by trade (though I went right into nursing school after that) but the little stuff didnt scare me off. So thats the "rest of the story." I was truly blessed with the deal I got. So Good luck all the future busa owners, and current deal hunters. They are out there.
Though I will say after riding a busa... I would easily buy another one (new one) and like it even for 11k. SOOOO Much fun. Definitely grabs people's attention.
