My new car

Ive been taking a lot of crap for doing this so why stop now right?

I traded in my 99 Mustang GT convertible for this 2009 Toyota Corolla S. It has 19,500 miles on it and a 7 year 100,000 mile warranty.

It was kind of a impulse decision. But anyhoo....

lol it should. Anyway. Ive been doing a lot of driving lately and this just seemed to make since to me. I like it. it drives nice, has reasonable power and a nice COLD AC! Plus its automatic, the first automatic I have ever owned.

Im in that shocked kinda regretting it stage right now. Hope that feeling goes away soon.

I bought an '06 and gave it to my daughter, she has really tried to test the warranty, but it is still running strong!

And when you get pulled over for speeding, just tell them the gas pedal got a little sticky.

lol, I asked them about that. They said they replaced the recalled part. So it should be good I hope.

Why??????? Did you check so see if it had the recalls done, or the floor mats sercured ? Oh, I forgot- it was the solar flares all along ! Damn sun. Better only drive it in the dark. Im sure they were happy to trade a nice mustang convertible, for a used rent-a-car ! Resale's gonna suck on that one ! Sorry Busaman, someone had to let you have it. Theres alot of nice Fords and Gms out there now, I think you could have done better even if you wanted to save fuel. JMO.

Well, my opinion of Ford isnt very favorable now. My GM truck has been fantastic but the only GM car that I like is the Camaro and its way out of my price range.

Basically the only cars I like in my price range was this, the Honda civic or the Mazda3. I test drove all of them. This seemed like the better deal of the bunch.

Sorry you had a bad experience with Ford, they're the best of the bunch right now. Hey, its your money, you have the right to buy whatever you want. Mazda3 is one of the best sellers here in Canada, I even like em and I work @ FoMoCo. You should have seen the faces on the guys I work with back in 2004 when I drove into the parking lot with a brand new Avalanche ! Priceless ! I told them if Ford would have made something like it- ida got it instead...

Yeah, I think ford has the best looking vehicles on the road right now. But im not crazy about the Focus. The new Ford Fiesta looks interesting though.
