Nice house I like it, would like one just like it, but here in the Seattle area it's not realistic for me, a house like that would easly set you back a 3/4 million if near the water 2 million.

We are no where near the ocean... probably 50 miles or so.
We do have a ski lake in the sub division though.
My house is not on it, but some of the nicer, more expensive homes are.
We are basically the poor people in the neighborhood.
