ok the last time i talked about this i was 199

right now i am between 194 - 195

which i started at 260

and now i have a 35in waist which i started with a 44in

once you lost so much it getts harder to lose more i tell ya
it sucks

oh yea hey yahmahor, you look good for real, i can see the difference between your first and last picture.. I know i can see a big difference.... Keep it up bro its not easy i know.. the is what i look like after going on 8 months.... you can do it man

Great now concentrate on putting some mass on your chest and back. It will stretch your skin out to eliminate the slack. Stop the cardio work and start pushing weight on the Chest, Shoulders and back.

Bench + Shrugs + HammerStrength Lats
 
Look great !! I've seen your posts and your progress...your doing awesome, lots of hard work...
when you reach a plateu I've heard by changing up your workout helps, your body gets used to the existing stuff..

was taken jan 26 and the one to the right was today feb 23...
So i can see the improvements big time...

oh by the way I am taking no supplements i just eat alot of turkey for protein

Awesome stuff bro! Keep up the good work. I'm gonna get me a thing of whey protein to supplement a couple of my meals.
 
thats awesome i did take syntha-6 and that stuff is outstanding and taste really good
but i am not buying anything else....
just remember high protein low carbs and that stuff will melt off...
I am one of the living proof...just make sure its the right carbs
which come from your fruits, and vegetables and wheat bread.....

keep it up....I have lost 25lbs...and I feel 10 times better.....so I can only imagine how you feel.

i have people come and wake me up and go workout and i

Thats basically the diet I was on before... I lost 20 lbs in about 2 weeks... I need to get back on that... ASAP!
