You're body will stop at some point. I can't get below 185. 190 is constant.once you lost so much it getts harder to lose more i tell ya

Thats basically the diet I was on before... I lost 20 lbs in about 2 weeks... I need to get back on that... ASAP!thats awesome i did take syntha-6 and that stuff is outstanding and taste really good
but i am not buying anything else....
just remember high protein low carbs and that stuff will melt off...
I am one of the living proof...just make sure its the right carbs
which come from your fruits, and vegetables and wheat bread.....
