This bike has a rigid setup. There is no shock, extended swing arm with no suspension connected. Super nice guy, hate this happened to him.

Yikes. Me too. I'd hope the swingarm maker will step up.

Seriously? Can't ride street with a setup like that. Those attachment points will eventually fatigue and shear off.

Not too impressive,, of the 2022 frames.
Never saw a Gen one or a Gen two break the frames like this,,,

There's a post above that I shared thanks to @mabupa finding them where a similar issue happened and while we all figured out to be the op's fault the suzuki rep he spoke with ended up warranting it and said he had seen a few fail before and called it a casting defect so I guess every so often they do have a bad one get thru. Hopefully the op gets a lucky @Fredyp33 did and it gets handled under warranty.
