Since my know it all went to motorcycle school/ works at dealerships has absolutely no clue brother is no help what soever:cussing:...anyway

Trying to sync the tbs on the 06, using a motion pro sync stick, in the first image is that the port i need to plug into to sync the meter? Do i leave everything else connected on the other tbs? i left everything connected when i tried and the fluid shot up about halfway up the meter and were all way off(with screws on meter backed out)

And question 2 after i shut it off and re read the directions for the stick and started it up again the fluid came way up and was heading for the top so i shut the bike off so it wouldnt suck any in, this was taken 10 mins after it was turned off, how longs it take for all of it to seap back down? Would rather not have it sucked into the mill.

Thanks folks

Yea had that up when i was messing with it, after some research sounds like the motion pro is just junk, its pretty much all over the internet the same problems getting the sync calibrated

Wish I could be more help for you. I haven't had to do mine yet. Just didn't know if you had seen that thread. Good luck with getting it straightened out.

First, have you installed the restrictors? And did you perform the calibration procedure? Take the splitter and plug all the hoses into it, then plug it into one of the vacuum ports - any one, doesn't matter. Use a screwdriver to set all columns to be about equal... Then you can remove the splitter and install each vacuum line to each throttle body.

As for sucking the fluid in - hopefully it won't, but good news is that it WON'T harm the engine like mercury can. It's glycol-based and will just burn off if it does get sucked in there.

Thanks guys, yea the restricters are in there it was the calibration i was having issues with, played with it some last night and got the fluid back down, found a good diagram on extreme busa, gonna go get it rolling here in a few mins.

When my tester had the liquid spread throughout the tubes as your does it was time for a recharge. I had loaned it to a friend who apparently was fully aware of how it worked. The first time I tried to use it after it was returned the fluid spread all throughout the tubes just like your picture. I discovered he had sucked most all the fluid out when using it. Found a refill kit for $8.00, took about 30 minutes to put it back in use, just finished my sync on 05 Busa, works like a charm. F.Y.I. there is only 35 drops of fluid in each one of those chambers.....you can't stand to lose much before it's not enough to function.
