Need Help!! Think I did something wrong!

Best thing to do is give the wheel a good spin after install to see any out of round rotation or dragging...

to depressing... every time I do this I see how poorly aligned the calipers are to the rotors... mine drag pretty hard IMO..

That is true - but could detect a major issue, like a cross-threaded axle...

I spin mine and it MIGHT get have a revolution.. at least lots of room for improvement.. :) heck might get it to spin as good as Shawns bike is going to look ... :whistle:
 
where did you see the 120ft lbs? when you took it apart?

btw, NEVER use your torque wrench to "loosen" bolts.. it will destroy it (your torque wrench) and you will not get an accurate torque reading anyway...

"break away" torque is different than what the bolt was tightened to in the first place..


I don't think anything outside the engine is tightened down that tight.
