Need help with Dyna Shift Counter

Got a strange problem...runing an MPS NOS and autoshifter. Just got on one of the Dyna shift counter boxes that lets you energize your selnoid by gear position. With the Dyna box wired (a positive, negative, and purple signal wire to the air valve) I get a high RPM miss. When I unplug the shift selector box, the miss goes away. NOS was not turned on for either.

Cant figure out how the box is causing a miss....any suggestions?

Tell me again how this is connected and being used? It does not appear to have anything to reference from with three wires as you have them connected.

I don't see how it could be causing a miss unless the positive wire (or negative) is connected to the wrong location.

If you are trying to lock the nitrous out from being used in the lower gears or lock out the air shifter in higher gears, you might try using a Throttle position switch on the stock gear position switch.... if you are not running a TRE.

Prof. the Dyna box is wired off my MPS air selonoid (uses a ground to activiate) I took that ground and used it to complete 12Volts from a powered relay. Something is feeding back through all the wiring to cause the miss. Jsut can't pin it down.

No TRE - I have one should I be using it?

MPS dry nitrous
MPS Auto shift box
MPS fast mixture box
All MPS plug and play wires and connections
DYNA shift box (only using the red/black power and the purple shift input wire).
Toggle switches enable horn to be used for manula shift
and starter to be used for nitrous (the Dyna box should elminate the need for this - but it is still operational manually).

If you use the TRE, it will disable the functioning of the shiftbox. The purple (or pink) wire from the GPS will remain constant. The only thing I can think of is the power and ground wires on the shift box. Are you 100% sure they are connected to the correct source/wires?

Still don't understand how the TRE will affect the "Dyna" gear selector box. Because the box gets its signal (purple wire) from the ground produced going to the air shift selonoid....I've got so much wiring...I'm guessing I've got a "phantom loop" that is feeding back to the ignition/computer when everything is tunred on.

Ok, I didn't realize it was counting the shifts. I thought it was monitoring the GPS voltage. My Bad
