If you don't eat and convert the genius nutrients ( isn't the natural food chain of what we are blessed to have on this planet a miracle in and of itself? ) of what Nature provides for living organisms and instead many people eat the offerings of processed food producers that puts people at a disadvantage when it comes to maintaining one's health. or, you could believe what you eat doesn't matter.

So I'll agree I don't trust our
government in this Covid thing but dude you went off in a path of logic that just didn't support your distrust for the vaccine.

I'm all for science arguments. That wasn't one.

And I don't think my ability to get or not get Covid will be based on God's nutrition.

We have no long-term studies because we have no long term yet. COVID didn't exist 2 years ago.

You can certainly argue that the vaccine was rushed to market. And it was. If you look at most pandemic type scenarios, they did the same thing.

Some % of our population will always suffer some side effects.

I wouldn't count on good nutrition alone to protect me from the virus but I'm sure that and overall good health helps. People who are eating poorly probably are more at risk of catching everything.

Then everyone might have been better of not taking it. I think it will probably be fine. While I personally don't live a life where I think I need it, it won't be long before we won't be able to go or do anything unless we have had it.

measles in the 80s, polio in the 50s, small pox… we got these nasty diseases under control with vaccines. the use of vaccines is older than any of us here. so it should be no surprise that we can make them faster. does that make them more dangerous? auto makers can pump out more complicated cars faster than henry ford could ever dream of and are they more dangerous than a model T? we get better at things with time if we learn from our mistakes.
the faster we can put our petty personal issues aside the faster we can get this disease under control. not saying to force vaccines but we can all do our parts to minimize the spread of the disease.

It seems the virus will be here a long time so I don't think avoiding it until it's eliminated is a good strategy for anyone who plans to live for any length of time.

You said it. I wouldn't bet on it but "unless we have had it" might not only be those who had the vaccine, but those who had the virus. If you had the virus and survived, there's a very good chance you are naturally immune to it. That only lasts 6 to 8 months too though.

Now you're hitting on the crux of it. If you aren't vaccined. Isolate. If you are, now you might be a carrier and therefore a risk. Isolate.

I believe I posted here on another Covid thread that if the vaccine doesn't work, we will lose even more trust in our govt. They first ask us, then tell us, then force us.

People can only be pushed so far. Our body is the last thing we still own. As the professional athletes are now saying "It's what I use to make money, you can't force me to put something in it I don't want to.

It's like a final blow to tyranny. We've taken your living, we've isolated you, we've made it hard if not impossible to go from place to place. We may let you keep a roof over your head if you do as we say. And now we want to inject you.

I knew how to avoid it before. I am vaccinated. It appears as though I will be no better off than I was before I got vaccinated.

And now the great booster phase will be next.

Having frustration over the lockdown is very much justified....it is not an enjoyable experience.

If getting a vaccination means the lockdowns will end, it is a no-brainer to go get it and be done with it. Being a victim is a favorite pastime of many people..."the government did this and government did that" in the end it is the people who have to deal with it. So far the people have done a lousy job, the tools are given to them yet they balk, whine and drip about the type of tools they are given.

Like was mentioned countless times before, this is a virus and a one time vaccination will not stop it. Annual vaccinations will have to be implemented much like what was done with the flu...

I had every shot known to man when I worked in healthcare ending in 2012. I seem to get sick about the same amount with or without vaccinations, maybe once every two years. Vaccinations often have mercury or some other toxin in them as a preservative so I'd rather not have them for that reason alone even if it is said to be harmless in the quantities contained in one vaccination.
