New Member - my first Busa

Just wanted to throw this out there. The guy that sold me the bike, original owner guy, says the bike has never been down, etc. Then, when I get tires, the guy at the shop told me that my bike has been rebuilt - new forks, rims, brakes all around, etc. with parts off earlier year models, and the right and front fairings have been re-shot with paint. Not cool. In my line of work we call that a "material misrepresentation." Not sure if it'll ever be of any real consequence to me, but I hate being lied to. Are the forks on my 03 supposed to be gold/black and the calipers copper? That's what my shop guy told me anyways. Whatever.
Thanks you guys, for the welcome and the immense help you all have been on getting my bike on the road.
Remind me at the Bash that I have vowed never to do wheelies on my Busa. My mother (or any of the women in my life that pretend to be so) won't be there to shake her finger at me so I figure I'll ask for your help.
