New side lift stand 2017 Busa.

Yoshi in Canada will run me $1500 roughly Carbon Fibre Carbon Fibre end caps.
I have the yoshi alpha t exhaust on mine and while I really wanted to keep the dual exhaust the alpha looks good enough that I can live with it and sounds amazing. I agree with you on the brocks alien head looking ugly but I recently installed one of their pentacarbon exhausts on a buddies bike and it looks a lot better then the alien head,I actually had him order a baffle to put in it because it was really loud and the baffle keeps it just quiet enough that it's not too annoying to ride next to him lol.

That's my yoshi

This is the only pic I can find of the pentacarbon, but I think it looks a lot better then the alien head. But still not as good as my yoshi

After switching over to a full akra system, I can say it's a beautiful piece of work.
Agreed!
My full stainless with carbon fibre/titanium caps muffler is also beautiful... and was cheap!
It was new old stock, paid $920NZD for it and could not be happier.
Remarkably quiet, but when the taps are opened, a lovely crisp tone emanates from the top of the muffler... awesomeness!

No.I might be over thinking it.I just watched a video with Bursig stand.Seems straight forward. For the record mine is not a Bursig stand but almost identical.

Ready to take the plunge on installing adapter. Why is it so hard to find torque spec for this bolt and nut.Only thing I could find was 54 ft/lbs for 2003.Sound close?

Throwing in my $0.02 for the 2 Bros carbon fibre - I still like the ‘dual’ look even if it’s only the factory header...... If you’re ever around the Uxbridge Ontario area you’re more than welcome to drop by and hear them in person !!

Thanks!Somebody on Facebook sent me the PDF version.Nice to have the book also. I found 54 ft/lbs yesterday. He confirmed 54 today.Good to go!!

Yoshimura has always been a good choice for Suzukis....I love mine and wouldn't want any more..

As for robbing power...that's "horse feathers!!"
I'd have to see some dyno graphs that show a loss of power with an aftermarket exhaust and a tune. I often have heard people say there's a little loss in the low revs with an aftermarket exhaust but I never could feel that and I don't hear others complain about it either.

Had a 1999 Zx-7R for a short time as my first bike around 4 years ago.It had a Yoshi on it and I liked the sound!
What I like about my Yosh is it's quiet a low revs so great around town but unleashes a great sound when the 'go fast' handle is cranked...

and has a nice burble at idle.

I'm torn between,Akropovic.Yoshi,and 2 Brothers.I'm starting to lean towards 2
Recently saw a dual akrapovic full exhaust system for gen 2 busa. Not sure about the fitting tho.. since it was some 3rd party website

Ordered Haynes 1999-2013 from bike shop in Montreal.

Trust me, I've spent a lot of time looking!Haynes was the best I could do!I will never be doing anything beyond my capabilities.I'm 53 years old and worked on cars since I was 16.Cars I know ,bikes, not so much.Just started riding about 4 years ago. That Haynes manual will have more info in it than I will ever need!

The on-line manuals are handy too, just drag a laptop to the garage to access it....I have my laptop in the garage quite a bit..it comes in handy when I plug it into my programmer.
