So about a year ago Uncle Steve introduced me to a new wireless tire pressure system on his busa. I have kinda put it off over the past year but I have a trip coming up and I wanted to have one on this trip.

Last year Steve told me that his air pressure was dropping because his system alarmed and told him pressure was low, we pulled over and found a nail in his tire. The system paid for itself right then....

The one that Steve has been using is called tiregard an they still have them out there for sale but for some reason they stopped making them with a picture of a sportbike on the LCD screen so I started looking for something else. I ran across several reviews for a system from Doran, I called the company and spoke with them and I have one on the way.

The display is water proof, it shows the airpressure of the front and back tires, you can mount the sensors inside or out of the tire. If you want to mount the display under the hump or somewhere else there is a remote LED alert that you can put up on the cockpit somewhere...

It should come in Wednesday and i will give you a run down of the install and how it works on the trip....

Nice! Would also be handy for trackdays...see at a glance what your pressure is...

You got it flrider, it alarms when your pressure drops and it has an alarm also if it senses the temp going to high too fast.....

I forgot but it comes with straight and 90 valve stems..

Cap it only displays the reading for one tire at time??? I noticed the other displayed 2 at the same time on the screen.

The display will show each tire for 3 seconds then change to the other... It has a backlight and a few other features I like... We will see when it comes in if it's worth it...
