It may have been said, but you might not have a stock motor with the second battery.

'99's are nice and once you get it worked out you are going to be in for a treat my friend.

No, you won't have to re dyno your bike cause nothing has changed.

i had same issues with my 99 , the main prob seemed to be with the fuel pump screens there are 3 in total they were really choked , you say that the pump has been replaced but i understand from the dealer it comes in sections , so was it replaced complete or just the motor, if so were all the screens/ filters cleaned or replaced ? the other mod i did was to wire the cooling fan to run without the ignition so when parked after a run on a hot day in the sun the fan will run/ kick in as it needs to . had no issues since hope this helps
