I go to a fair number of car shows (have '38 chev PU) and while I drive mine about once every few months I see many people bring trailer hoppers. Meaning that they never get driven.....ever!
To me it is a damn shame, these things were ment to be driven not just to put on a showroom floor and have passers by say how clean they are.
The reason there is no air ram is because it is not needed.
This bike has 0 miles. It was not built to be driven that is why they can kill performace for looks.....what a shame!
I do like the bike I just wish someone would drive the pizz out of it like it was intended.
Also if someone knows where to find the tail I would be interested in getting one also.
Hmmm. Well, unless they're swappin' those lenses from bike to bike there are at least two sets, so they're not one of a kind. They have 'em on the Weld Wheels busa, too.
i was in that shop today and their bikes are sick and they have that undertail in stock in what looked o be all the busa colors for like 230 i think. i like the frames on there bikes which are chromed and them powder coated with transparent powder. i have never seen that look accomplished that way and it is a sight to see in person
It looks like a TG undertail, but is not a TG undertail. I just talked to CSC and was told it was a UFO undertail. The lens covers just did not work with a TG undertail. Just thought ya'll would like to know. It is sweet though!
Hell yes I will be glad to help you install it. I have a full shop, all the tools and have a house on Oak Grove (just minuets from Oregon City)
BTW:
Just got done polishing my clutch lever and R side rear set. Will make a post of do it yourself polishing and would like to know the dos and donts of changing the tail before I change my own.
Shoot me a mail when you get it.
I will even buy the beer.
