NINJA ZX-12 FEEL THE POWER

I guess I would have been better off to just start the rumor and throw in an "Uglyubsa" or two (learned that word from the paranoids on the R1 forum) to prime the fire. Is it too late?
All in good FC style fun.

BrainO, is that an unladen Busa and 929, or just a laden ZX12?

Busa Buster, that IS a great sales pitch. I think I'll have two, in case one breaks.

Oooooh, yes... I FEEL THE POWER! Oops, that's just my hand in my pocket.

Come on, DP! Whould you really want that guy writing ad copy for you. I think the FTC would be calling KMC, if the put out such dribble.

Everyone here, knows I ride green and am first in line for a 12R at my dealer. If I could get about half of what he's doing, I'd consider "falling off the wagon".

P.S. What's a win-tunnel? Is that anything like "tunnel vision"?

Too much time on his hands, gotta be pretty boring waiting all that time for your new bike, hope it's worth it. But until then just STFU !!

Damnit,
Does this mean all of us are going to have to go back to our stock Hayabusa's and make it fair?

Zx12 state of the art...revolutionary...worlds first all aluminum backbone monocoque frame. Listen kid read your history. Kaw had this on their race bike 20 years ago and if it was so good why did they stop using it? Wait till you have to work on the monster. Drop the engine to put in spark plugs, adjust valves or just replace that leaky valve cover gasket. Sounds like much fun!!

Hey Buster, would you do me a favor? Please find and type out some advertising for my General Electric MH-06 sump pump. I'm sure that if I just had that ad copy, my unit would pump more household excrement, more efficiently than it does now.

While your at it, could you type us some of the ad copy for the Norton Nemesis, the Delorean, the Hindenberg, the U.S. Army, the Tucker, Bill Clinton, and the Edsel.

HINT: Ad copy is not exactly the real world. And neither is the ZX12.

To DP: To put Bill ( didn't inhale, is is ? , no sexual relations..) Clinton, in category, is an insult to Hindenburg, Edsel, and the rest.

I am first in line at the local shop for a 12R but when I saw the '00 Blue Busa I had to have it. It may turn out to be what they say, but I couldn't hold my breath any longer. I just sold my '99 R1 and I'm not sure if I'm 100% happy with that decision. If it turns out the 12R is what all the hype says, maybe I'll make a little more room in the garage.

No, I don't feel the power and neither do you, windbag. If they ever get it sorted and turn it loose, maybe then will be a good time to start chirping.Until then, all you are doing is showing your ignorance because you can't distinguish between fact(Busa) and BS(ZX12).

Interesting study in attitudes - 929 thread vs ZX12 thread. Would we start trashing the 929 if we got wind of a rumor that the 929 will beat the Busa's ET and top speed? (No, I'm not starting a rumor, as much fun as that would be.)
Just a question.

Sherm, it's not that at all. Remember when the Blackbird came out? It was absolutely going to blow the ZX11 into the weeds until they finally hit the street. Turned out that the ZX11 was just as fast in the XX's first year. I really don't give a rat's patootie whether the ZX12 is marginally faster or not. I just get tired of people who flap their mouths and have no way to back it up.Right now, the ZX12 is kinda like the air guitar.

If you pushed a Busa, a ZX-12r and a 929 Honda out of the rear cargo door of a C-131 traveling 400 mph at 15,000 feet which motorcycle would hit the ground first? Would the rider make a big difference in this test??? The answer please!!! Brian

Hey, who passed the win? That smells like Kawplop!

Sherm find me one thread where a Honda owner comes here and spews plop. It is sort of a matter of courtesy and proper potty training.

The AirForce does'nt have a C-131, I assume you mean a C-130? It's top speed at 15,000 feet is around 280 mph. A C-141, if you that's the one you're thinking of, is limited to 470 mph at 15,000'. I believe the Busa would hit first because it is more dense. Sort of like a pound of feathers and a pound of lead, they only desend evenly in a perfect vacuum.
