Not a happy customer of BCP

@busakiller and all of you

Same happens (tons of issues) when you buy ready made turbo / supercharger kits from well-known companies like RCC and TTS?

I don’t have any experience in working with tuners but I think that such kits, as mentioned above, are way better than what is happening when somebody builds the turbo / supercharger bike from 0 or close to 0.

What happened to you should be a huge lesson for all of us that are looking to get a turbo / supercharged Busa.

We all want a bike that works, not troubles each moment.

I'm going to have to disagree, someone good at building and fabbing will build a way nicer kit specific to your intentions then a cookie cutter off the shelf system but you'll be paying big bucks.

The rcc kits are great for 95% of people but the top guys are usually all custom with a rcc plenums.

Hi. That is just built with Frank at Powerhouse,RCC and Eric at DAS. I have over $20,000.00 in my turbo set kit. And over $20,000.00 in the motor.

Hey built the bike and had it for awhile. He should of tested it real good before sending it back. But when I got it the air shifter didn’t work right of the bat. Then the boost controller didn’t work due to his install. Then the air compressor stopped working that I got charged for a new one but never got that. Fork seals came back leaking. Probably from sitting for 3 years. It should of only taking a year at the very most.

Another thing to mention. Once I got the bike back it wouldn’t start right up. It would start and idle for a second. After 3 times it would finally stay idling. When cruising 55 to 70 bike felt like it struggled to maintain speed and you had to be heavy on the throttle to keep speed.
Rob should stand behind his work.... The big shops do stand behind their work when something happens.

But do you want him to? You'd have to give him the bike back, and I doubt that would happen. From the sounds of it he's broke so he isn't going to pay anyone back. Sad indeed.
I say this because i wanna see this guy get what he paid for. MORE than i wanna trash rob and talk bad about him. Kicking a guy while he is down isnt in good taste. You dont elevate yourself by tearing someone else down(a very very wise man told me this)... rob should fix this motor and do it in one month and install a damn intercooler at HIS COST(the intercooler shoyuldnt be free BUT it should be whatever HIS cost is to buy it...... on regular ass c16 for high boost. simple/proven/ recommended setup. RCC has done the r and d on this. RCC even warranties stuff. Not many companies in this industry are able to do that. Its the right thing to do............ end these experiments and give the customer what he wants. He beats the SNOT outta his bikes... he CANNOT rely on meth injection to stave off detonation. Not at this level. No matter how talented a tuner fancies himself.

All parts damaged by inept workmanship should be refunded.
All labor should be refunded.
slow down though.... give rob a chance at redemption.... he may make an offer.... and OP should GET A guaranteed timeframe. Everyone deserves a second chance. This build got away from him........ he knows it. He probably was rushing to get it done and overlooked alot of stuff.. Not good.. but probably the truth.. Its a chance for him to stand behind his work and make this right. THIS time... its GOTTA be NUMBER 1 priority. Orrrrrrr..... we can lynch him and try to ruin his business/and life. Even if u lynch him... it still doesnt fix the bike. The OP wanted a badass/professional build.... he should get it in a reasonable timeframe. And now that rob KNOWS how hard this guy rides the bike, it should be intercooled.

but understand.... this guy SPENT 16,000 bucks with Rob. I understand his frustration. I would have probably been even worse in my assesment.
Hi. The hole High Performance is tuff.Rob has ran into some hard times (some created by himself). I work with great people but sometimes things go wrong. I ordered an RCC intercooled ultra intake for 8 injectors. I did not tell RCC what injectors I would be using so $3,850.00 and $2,100.00 for injectors and the upper injectors do not fit. If I told RCC what ones I would use I do not know if he even could make the it to fit my inject injectors. So now to remachine the part. Out of my pocket.

Are u in touch with Richard on facebook? or via phone? The ultra 1000plenum was named that because that is the HP the plenum held.... On bill warners 311MPH run. right? Maybe inquire about warners setup..... richard is not hard to get ahold of. Pretty damn good at providing answers. Войдите на Facebook

Not trying to lynch or ruin anyone.
If crappy work was done that ruined parts then that should be refunded.
The length of time it took, refunded labor should be the least a vendor can do.
'Build got away from him' is an understatement. Second chance... sure you do that. The OP shouldn't and I don't blame him.

Yep, I do understand his frustration, disappointment and probably a fair bit of anger…. $16k is a helluva chunk of cash to spend on a motor that’s now a boat anchor,
It’s still a hard thread to read.
I don’t know Rob, I’ve only watched his YouTube channel vids, there’s no doubt he’s got talent but it’s obvious he’s got lousy business acumen and he’s been honest about the battle he’s had with his own demons in his personal life.
Obviously his personal problems have a bearing on what’s going on with his business, let’s wait and see how Rob responds to this thread… if he does at all…
