I'da put some fun answers like WD-40, 3in1, Astroglide, but ran out of poll space

I use to use Mobil 1 MX4T always. Now I use Mobil 1 15w50, and change every 3,000 miles and filter every 6,000 miles.

I have used Honda Synthetic without Moly in my bikes in the past but plan to use Mobile 1 (motorcycle) from now on. Mobile 1 is going in the cars too.

Ninja Eater - Why did you stop using the motorcycle version of Mobile 1?

My bud owns CBA machine shop (engine builder) and swears by Havoline.
Have heard synthetics can play funny tricks on wet clutches.

Ive been waiting for someone to make a poll like this. =) I just changed to 15w 50 red cap not to long ago and I love it. beerchug.gif

I use Amsoil.. it has given me great results in my cars so I figured why not try it on the Busa too. Plus I'll go a full season without having to change it. biggrin.gif

I use Spectro 4 10w40 . Non Synth.
30,000 miles on 2 different busa's. All of them run to the red line every shift , Never had a problem.

I guess I'm the odd man out. I only use honda 10w 40. No synthetic here. I change it a little more often. I don't like the fact that once you go synthetic you can never go back.

I have Mobil 1 MX4T in right now. will use Mobil 1 15w50 in the summer.
change every 3,000 miles and filter every 6,000 miles.

used 15w50 in my 2001 --1200S bandit and it did great with that 11,000 RPM Air Cooled Motor so i am sold on this oil.

castrol 10W40 and change the filter every time.
no sythetics with wet clutch...had bad experience with that combination on my 600.

Motul non-synthetic, I had good results with the last bike.

If you look at the composition of both you will see very little difference. So you try it. I have not seen any difference in running the 15w50. If I felt just the least bit of benifit using the Mx4T I would continue to use it.
