Warm face with hot towel, apply shave cream with a camel hair brush, and use straight razor. Very close and no burn for me!

i buy the cheap blue ones that are like a 1.50 for 20 of em then shave while in the shower. works like a charm

The cost of blades is killer....

Just rinse the thing and store it blade down on a washcloth or towel so it wicks the water away.. I get between 9 and 12 months out of a blade

Good thing I only have to shave about once a week. One of these days, I'll hit puberty but I can wait.
