It's not based on his residency but where the act occurred. Your best bet is to go to your local PD and file a report. Breach of trust is criminal, you'll probably end up with a civil matter and end up filling a claim in small claims or civil court. The criminal court levy's fines and time as well as restitution. Civil court simply decides on what one party owes the other. Typically it cost you money to file.

Best of luck. Get with your local authorities to understand local law. Don't let them push you into civil court unless that's the only option.

That's terrible news....& alot of money...these sort of things make good ppl turn sour....at least god will bless you for your efforts...& somewhere down life's road the member will loose more than that.....hope it all works out peacefully..that org member should be banned!!!!!
