/\/\/\Ever decreasing diameters of pipe sectioned together, and the weight of the water traveling downhill, end result was Alot of force escaping a small exit, so you got that high pressure blast.
My neck is a bit sore. Occasionally, even ducked behind the windshield, a gust would blast a turn my head. Meh.It’s surprising to me that huge green green farms and ranches don’t populate both sides of the Columbia any more than they do. It’s still kinda barren around it on both sides. I’ve run into high head winds along the river just about every time I’ve ridden up there and it’s shocking to see how much a head wind can affect gas mileage.
