Proof of Election Fraud

and I already hear it regarding the mid-terms....

I suppose the losing team has a right to contest the results.....if they don't like the result, just start spreading that it was stolen from them.....sure would work good in the Superbowl...
Just who would lodge the complaint? You really have to recall and redo the whole outcome. And once you let the Pandora's box open, they will sue backwards in time.

Unfortunately this type thing will just bring about citizens that will prefer violence. Attorneys will milk it for years. They know that

Actually, it started way before that. Many say Kennedy cheated to beat Nixon. There was some seriously funny business that went on in Illinois I think it was. This has actually been pretty much proven. The saying "vote early and often" was attributed to Mayor Daley among a few others. I'm sure the early elections had some funny business going on. But people don't realize it's really hard to cheat in modern elections.

This is why, after it was clear that no cheating could be proven in the courts, Trump tried to create cheating itself. The tactic was to make it so the voters couldn't come to a conclusion and the decision would fall to congress. This vote in congress is one vote per state, and there are more republican states. This was also the goal of the insurrection. Stop the certification of the vote and throw it over to congress.

BTW: The recount was stopped in Florida by the supreme court. This meant Bush was ahead and the votes in question would never be counted (they were actually counted unofficially and Gore won).

The Republican in the senate race for Nevada is up approx 27,000 votes.
And guess what…..surprise surprise surprise they just delivered approx 57,000 mail in ballots that still need to be counted….
Can hardly wait to see…..

As far as Bush v Gore goes you could not be more wrong. I personally sat two seats away from Theresa Lepore the Palm Beach county supervisor of elections. We counted the ballots not once, not twice but THREE TIMES. I spent over a week sequestered away from my family as a volunteer. EVERY time the same result occurred, Bush won. We found not enough votes or as it was ‘hanging chads’ for Gore to change the outcome. Every ballot was scrutinized by no less than four people, LePore, me (or the person counting)a democrat and a republican.
The Supreme Court finally put a stop to it when Gore refused to accept the results of three recounts and was demanding a fourth.

Actually, Gore sued to count only a couple of counties. Had he recounted the entire state he would have won. My brother-in-law was one of the Gore team's lawyers. That was a while ago and didn't bother to sharpen my language on that issue.

Sorry but that’s wrong again. The entire state of Florida then and now was and is solid red except three counties, Palm Beach, Broward and Dade. Had we recounted the entire state the results would have been the same, he lost. They were searching for a miracle here and after three recounts results were the same, he lost. It was a while ago. Unfortunately since I was holed up for a week counting hanging chads I remember it clearly.

Didn’t the closeness of the voting (require) Florida to administer a recount of all voting districts, not Gore? As I recall Gore wanted a recount of four counties and then, petitioned for the recount time limit to be extended, not recounted over and over. Funny that every recount came up with a different figure.

“So, when Harris certified Bush the winner, the Democrats sued to force a recount in a few counties where they thought it would help them overcome Bush's narrow margin.”

Between mail in voting weeks ahead of an election, between votes cast in large numbers that need days to be delivered to a ballot counting office ( Nevada ) through the postal system how could anything be tampered with?

The answer is to go back to the old school way and have people present themselves in person for voting with their ID which is verified true. One person, one vote, there's no room for shenanigans this way.

What about military stationed away from their home state, students in college, people with disabilities that can easily go out and vote? Even for people who can go out and vote have a hard time with getting to the polls with their job schedule.

Some sort of allowance will have to be made for these people, military are easy as there are already mechanisms in place to allow for this. Election stations could be open longer and be able to provide out of state abilities for students and the like.

Anything else leaves the ability to question the results as we have seen several times in the past, the election system in the US is in jeopardy, something has to be done to save it. If this is a priority and in a constant state of contention, something has to be done before the US rips itself apart.

That's the purpose of the mail in ballots. It provides an alternative to the people who can't make it to the polls.

But let's say we go strictly to in person voting, there will still be accusations of fraud because the machines don't work. There have been issues with some machines in the past where it wouldn't let you select a certain candidate. So regardless of what method is used, the accusations will always be there.

Republicans used to do most of the early voting, but that changed with COVID. Democrats were being safe and started mailing in ballots. Early voting has been going on for years with no problems and no complaints from the right.

It's only now that voters have found a way around their efforts to make voting only accessible for white people, that suddenly the systems they themselves used and are using is cheating.

That's pretty much where it stands now, it will be a real hard fix to repair the election issues the US is facing...

There was a big debate on only having voting one day and in person. Some people just can't get to the polls that day for one reason or another. So they made voting weeks long so people could find a time they could vote. In the 80s and 90s, there was a bi-partisan move to make voting easier. There have always been absentee ballots (at least as long as I can remember). As my Dad was in the military, he and my Mom voted absentee every election. Some states vote exclusively by mail I believe. Here's a good article about the subject:
