will this fit with an air filter installed? and does it impede flow when running n/a?

There is no airflow restrictions with my spraybar installed and running N/A. I flow tested several airboxes on a flow bench to get before and after flow numbers.The airfilter stays in place. By the way, these are my new billet nozzles
