looks like either he had a mechanical issue (benefit of the doubt here) OR he missed the crap out of the exit. Sad either way but if he had been drinking & driving it would explain how it could happen.....sadly he took someone with him

those guys drank like fish so if he had only had one or two prior to driving (not that I condone it) he might not have been "over the limit". There was a story about how he had completed a DD class not too long ago, perhaps alcohol was not really part of the issue and it was purely a speed issue ??? maybe there was a mechanical issue ??? notice in the slide pix there are 3 skid marks with one in the middle....maybe he lost a tire? Guess we'll have to wait for the official report but I'm going with speeding and missed the corner .... why he missed it we might not know

Dude was hilarious. All of the jackass crew are entertainers. They make me laugh. The last movie grossed 50mil on opening weekend. They are true friends that have helped(or forced-johnny knoxville and friends went to steve-o house with duck tape to admit him into detox, he went willingly, and is sober to this day) each other into sobriety. Drinking and Driving dont MIX! Prayer to his family an friends!

Don't you love how people jump the gun and get on high horses like they have NEVER done anything wrong in their life..... The man is dead... no matter his actions or how he went. To those who loved him... they are in pain. So you have no simpathy for him... how about have simpathy for his friends or family... How would you feel if you lost a loved one and you read that they got what they deserved?
speeds estimated at 130-140, which on that roadway and in that car, eh at 3am they were almost certainly the only ones on the road. It wasn't the smartest decision but survivable and probably done regularly. (not condoning just stating)
However with the official results in .... BAC @ 0.196 .... he should have never been behind the wheel, not even a big wheel

I dont feel sorry for either of them but instead for all their friends at the bar that let it happen and for the friends that were not there to prevent it. Sucks all the way around
