Slight difference, riders without gear aren't illegal or
likely to kill others but I do get your point.
Everyone gets to make desisions.
Dont be suprised when they come back to bite you.
Im far from perfect but I try not to endanger others
and I'll face up to my own poor judgement when it happens.

just makes me think twice about the dumbas2 people on here only thing that we have in common is that we own a or had owned a motorcycle sigh its amazing that im even entertaining half these dumbasses with a responce when they just know that their so much more important and help to a higher position than everyone else, if u think u are in any way better than anyone else just because of something they done or do then go fu3k urself and u need to wake up, no matter how u leave this earth we all got here the same way and after we die we all are gonna be gone for ever,

It was one dumbass move for him no respect at all here he killed someone as far as I see it you never take chances like that with someone elses life I dont care if you do it off the road by yourself but to do what he did really shows just what a jackass he is.

it seems recently we've seen many tragic events, on two or four wheels, people we know and people we don't.
like roaches, the "i told ya so's" come out of the woodwork and almost enjoy pointing out the errors of the fallen, and use it as a platform to proclaim to the world how smart and wise they are, to validate their selfworth. To those finger pointers, i hope karma doesn't catch up with you.

Let's keep it civil. There are enough rules violations in some of these posts to send people on a vacation from the board for a while.
His family and friends certainly DO NOT deserve the pain and anguish they are going through right now. BUT Mr. Dunn chose an action and a consequence came about because of it. It is his fault that he is dead and it was his selfishness and stupidity that is now causing his family,friends and fans the grief they are going through. I hope Mr Dunn is at peace and whatever demons he had been facing are long gone. God have mercy on his soul.
My point above was that anytime an accident occurs if you do not examine and try to learn from it then the individual dies in vain. When a rider goes down and he is not wearing proper gear it sucks that he is injured but if you play with fire you are going to get burned. In my book it is just as selfish and stupid to ride without a helmet as it is to drink and drive\ride. If you are not wearing a helmet or you are drinking and driving the result can be the same. Every human loss is tragic, whether it is due to being drunk or not being in the proper gear, why we don't learn from these losses is beyond my comprehension.

Bad choice made, but nobody deserves to die from a bad choice like that. I'd simply say he gambled and lost.

To those of you here comparing not wearing a helmet to drunk driving...are you crazy? Or are you drunk drivers yourselves? There is a huge difference between no helmet and drunk driving. Same as no seat belt and drunk driving. Quit making excuses for dunn and or yourselves. drinking alters your mind, reaction time, vision, and just about ever other active control humans have over situations! There is no comparison!

Let me see if I can help clear it up for you. Choosing to drink and drive is just as selfish and irresponsible as choosing to ride without a helmet or proper gear. Get it?
