Okay,
I said I would post pictures, so here they are. First though:
1. I recieved exactly what Wil at Race Ready said I would.
2. I recieved exactly what I thought I was paying for.
You can see from the pics that the paint layer is a little thin, showing the texture of the inners. Wil discussed this with me and I chose to go with the textured look because:
a. It was the same as the stock black inners - but the paint would look cooler;
b. It was cheaper.
You won't hear any bad mouthing from me about race-ready, unless the paint starts peeling.
Just my .02
As an afterthought though, if ole' Bessie was a show bike, I would have gone for the smoothed inners. Since I don't have anything to compare them to, the inners on Thinker's scooter look awesome, so I would probably go with Espree's Custom Bike Works.
I promise I won't do any more mods without looking here first.
