Rebuilding the Big CC bike

Had the bike on the dyno yesterday.

5psi 313hp

13psi 452hp

17psi 506hp (got too hot)

22psi 598hp (bad wheel spin)

23psi 618hp (bad wheel spin)

The tyre was too old n hard so we aborted the dyno at that. You can see from the increments it's making from the motor & chargecooler & system between 17.5hp & 18.5hp per 1psi of boost That gives a base power estimated at between 200 & 210hp @ 100kpa of atmosphere from the engine.

I apologize if you've already written it up and I missed it (I was staring at the pictures more than words). What have you done to the engine itself? Rods/pistons - reinforced the case or anything? That's incredible, I had no idea that a hayabusa engine would make that much power! Amazing!

Motor is bored & strokered to 1585cc. It needs the capacity to run the large turbo. Makes boost faster than a GT35 on a 1300cc

At 23 psi that turbo is hardly working. There's a lot left on the table. Should make some retarded numbers

I don't wish to pre guess peak at 40+ but I'm confident of hitting over 700 @ 30

Is it just me or the first pic in the op the turbo looks bigger than the engine? Lol.

Around 700hp? Wow that's a ton of power! Just curious, is there a lot of lag with this setup? I've heard the power is fairly linear with those big turbos.
