Replacing head gasket any easy ways?

But
These valves got tight very fast. I had new valves put in last year in july. Since then it's been to the track 4 times and has been on the street for 50 miles. The valves shouldn't get that tight that fast.

The one valve was so mushroomed it wouldnt seal anymore.
 
I have seen valves get tight as a result of the valve failure and the valve steam stretching getting ready to drop the valve this was a real problem when gas went from leaded gas to unleaded gas in Chevrolet engines not so much on bikes but have often wondered about those brass valve seats from APE.
 
Got my head back yesterday. Here's a pic of the bad valve next to a good valve.
