I where Sidi Doha on a day to day commute or quick run to town. If going on all day ride with plans on getting aggressive I wear Sidi Street Burners. I love my Sidi.
Icon SUPER DUTY 4 BOOT is what I use, bought it after a friend who wears a pair went down, the side of the boot was ground down and from what i saw this dude should not have a foot, his foot got caught under the bike in the fall
I have 3 different Icon boots and a pair of Sidi's. have to check the model. Got the Sidi's 2 years ago and have not worn the Icons since. I put my wife in a pair of AStars. I always wear the Sidi's.

I have these same boots and I love them. Still have plenty of ankle support even tho they are low cut and very durable. Comfortable as well.
But I have been looking at purchusing a pair of Black and Red Sidi's like GEORGIABUSA_05 has in his pic, for when i get back and can hit the twisties on a regular.
They look like they have tons of protection and they look good as well. Black and Red....nuff said!!
i have a pair of sidi vertigo airs. i have had them since 2007. saved my leg once when the bike flipped in the air after a superman and landed right on my leg. I will never own another brand ever. Not the most comfy to walk in but ok. to ride in they are great. comfy and terrific feedback.
I have the Sidi Vertigo's size HUGE 50 I think. They could be one size bigger but nobody makes a boot bigger that I have found. After I have broke them in they are comfortable to wear all day riding and walking. They are NOT the air version but I still love them and where them all the time. I have NOT crash tested them and do not plan on doing so, but then most of us never plan on crash testing our gear.
I have crash tested New Balance sneakers on the Harley and can say that they DO NOT offer much protection when you go down.
I will stick witht he Sidi even though I have been told that the AStars run a little big. I have not found anyone around me that carries the AStars in a 50 for me to try on so I refuse to buy them since I love my Sidi's.
