My everyday toss ons are Icon Motorhead cruiser boots. Comfy, easy on and off. Survived almost six years so far and a getoff.

But what I wear to the twisties are Sidi Corsa Vertigos. Love em, comfy, sizing was spot on and been durable. Even comfortable to walk around in.

Those are the ones that I plan to get !!! No complaints....Thats what i want to hear:thumbsup:

I am not familiar with what is good and what gives the best protection. I wear the Joe Rockets when on long trips, they are waterproof and warm as heck. I wear the HD boots during hot weather and when I have to do alot of walking when parked. I will say tho I went down in the HD boots and they protected the feet really well.

Glad to hear it! Sure glad you are alright. I've been in the station tact. boots. I've got some boots ordered. Have to drive to the city to for the p/u. Will try to post this Saturday.

These are what I wear. On the right, the Sidi Cobra Air's for street riding. On the left Sidi ST Air's for the track. :beerchug:

Got mine at Cycle Gear for $29 bucks on sale. They have Frank Thomas on the inside, I have no idea who that is but I my first thought was of the baseball player! LOL I don't like the bigger boots there too expensive and all the ones I tried on hurt my feet.

Alpine stars SMX-plus racing boots
I looked at the SIDI but they were to narrow for my feet. I picked up some of the Bilt boots for myself and kids as back up. But the Stars are the best.

After seeing what happens in slight speed accidents to feet for fools wearing street shoes and flip flops, I would rather pay a bit extra for the protection I may never need than needed it and not have it.

To quote a wise man.

"If you have a cheap head buy a cheap helment." and if you don't walk much ride with cheap shoes!

Another set of Sidi On-Road Sympatex.

This is my 2nd pair, bought the first like 12-13 years ago if you can believe that. Looking to buy a 3rd pair. They are pricey, but wear like running shoes and they are 100% waterproof (as long as you don't wear the soles through ;) ).

OK, I will play... Here are my MX-5s. I do not get on either of my bikes without them. Now that I have seen the above picture, no way I ever will!

Axo Primato II. I like them so much, I bought a second pair to have in case they get discontinued. So I have the black and the white. I've done 500+ mile days with good results.
