Rocinante's Brock's CT Titanium install

They are silencers for the springs to keep them from rattling... :beerchug:

Yep, those machine welds sure look nice! While others are still trying to catch up Brock keeps putting out new and better stuff...

I think they are manually welded.

If they are machine welded I'd like to see a pic since I'm in the welding field that stuff is cool to me.

Maybe they are but my guess is a laser weld or one of the newer processes...

Sure looks pretty...

I agree love the welds when they look like jewlery. I am putting a CT series on my new drag bike, just have not decided on the dual or single side as of yet. The weight savings alone is a huge decision maker for me.

Man that is beautiful. I would love that system in the dual. I don't remember who it was but they posted in Blanca's thread about having this system anodized. That would be EXACTLY what I want. It's probably good they don't make it that way because I'd be even more broke than I already am:laugh:

that ct system is sooooo sexy. wish they had a hi mount setup with the same cans.

The only reason I think they're still manually tig'd is cause I know people that weld ti for major airlines. Just to fast easy and effective to weld by hand esp just an exhaust setup.

Either way its cool but I'm still fine with my ti-force and won't be changing. That new low mount ct is pretty cool though.

They say to use a single side it makes more pwer than duals do.....

Well done!! You bike is so clean, brings a tear to my eye everytime. That pipe is sweet, havent seen one before, but i want one now. Getting close to paint are ya?

I think that pipe is available in a single side as well Fast...was gonna go with the single side myself but instead went with an Alien Head system...whatever you choose you can't go wrong with Brock's...and this guys CT DOES look great...good job...
