On that, anyone else sent theirs in and gotten it back yet? I just got mine back yesterday. Less than two weeks from the day I shipped it.
Ruger's customer service is second to none. I called the number, gave my information and they advised they would send for it when they were ready. A couple weeks later I received a package which had shipping materials to ship it back and a number to call when it was ready for pickup. I packaged it and called, next day the big brown truck picked it up.
Came back yesterday. I can tell a difference in the trigger pull, much crisper break in my opinion. Also noticed the slide lock was changed and is now easier to lock the slide back.
As a token they sent it back with a new magazine which includes an extended finger groove as well as a Ruger LCP hat.
I was curious what others involved thought about it.
