Yeah... When I was taking my MSF course the instructor was telling us about that's highlight modulator units that makes your headlight flicker. But he also strongly pointed out that most people would take that as a "Go ahead" single. From what you've described, more than likely, she DID see you, but mistaken your flashing as a "Go Ahead". Miscommunication, that's what it sounds like.

Actually, since he attacked her/her car. Its no big deal at all as long as she called the cops and reported the accident. You are not bound to stay at the scene of an accident if you fear for your life. Just be sure to immedately call the cops on your cell.
