Santa Clara MC cops are out for speeders

I have been riding with no number plate and do not stop , no tickets for over 1 year.It is cheaper to pay a fine for no plate than speed offence

In NJ, there's 3-lane highway that runs from Newark to Passaic (route 21 approx. 10 mi.) The highway is probably one of the least patrolled highways in NJ due to it passing through about 5 or 6 towns and no place to hide. You can make a pass to check out road conditions and see if the man is around, make a U turn and then do a fly by. There is also a section called the underpass (approx. 1/3 mi. straight) that runs north (the southbound runs above) from downtown Newark. This section has a wall on the left and the river on the right, with no shoulder, absolutely no way to be patrolled. The underpass is like a tunnel, and the sound is magnificent. Been racing there for over 20 years. Anyway, back to the point. I travel this highway every day to/from work. The first 50 degree day this year I'm on my way home (in my truck) coming up on my exit, and I notice one patrolmen (local) standing in the fast lane and one in the middle lane directing traffic to the shoulder. On the shoulder are approx. 20 patrolmen with ticket books in hand. There is about 8 to 10 cruisers, 3 motorcycles, and 2 SUVs, (police vehicles) parked. There is also sergeants, captains, and probably the Mayor. About a mile back they had a patrolmen on a overpass with a hand radar gun and a radio. I was shuffled over to the shoulder. I was clocked at 78 in a 55. I showed my get out jail card to the officer and he pointed to "Director Hoover" and said he had to issue the ticket. While I was waiting for the normal checks, at least 30 cars were pulled over. Talk about STING! It was like a assembly line. The officer came back and asked me for a updated insurance card which was at home. He then informed me that I would be receiving two tickets, one for speeding and one for not having the card. I politely asked officer if he could cut me some kind of break. I explained that I didn't have any points. I asked if I could come back with the updated card to avoid at least the one ticket, he looked at me like, you've got to be kidding and walked away. He comes back and hands me a ticket for speeding and tells me he'll cut be a break because of the name on the "get out jail card". He didn't give me the no insurance card ticket and he told me to plead innocent on the speeding and he would keep the points off my record. I go to court pay $130 and no points. Happy Camper!
