She went down on me...

If you have "Tom Ellington" as your attorney, I'm sure he will get those charges dismissed. He has a magical touch when it comes to traffic tickets. If you have one of the cheap guys who will only negotiate your ticket to a Negligent, I'd drop Tom a note and at least chat with him about your situation. Also he can tell you if you have proper counsel. Great guy and he will be straight up with you! Tom substitues as a judge in traffic court on occasions and knows everybody that's somebody in the system. He will be happy to share his views on whether your attorney is a successful at his trade!

Good Luck dude! Keep us posted as to the results!

Tom Ellington "NotGuiltyAgain@aol.com"! or call him "253-219-3916"!

Everybody goes down at one time another, but, why are you taking a pistol with you shopping? ???I know that is not the main focus of the story but that is the part that jumped out at me,but I am Canadian and we don't usually walk around with pistols when shopping at the mall.

I know it's legal and all but...why do you need a pistol at the mall? Anyway...good on you for wearing gear. I really don't know why riders don't wear gear but it's personal choice, but just one get-off will certainly prove the value of wearing gear everytime you ride.

Sorry to hear about your bike, and your legal conundrum, best of luck to you keep us all informed on how the story unfolds. BTW, you are not the first to keep a 'I went down" story under wraps for a while....:sly:

I went down driving over an empthy water bottel.

Were you not a victim of the same mishap?

If our Police acted like that in South Africa I would have had a fit its rediculous!

All my sympathy!???
