I would just reiterate... find a nice NHRA sanctioned track...

They require a minimum level of safety, track conditions, lighting, tech inspection and track personnel that have a clue about what is going on.. shame they cant mandate paved pits and restrooms on every corner

My 2 cents it seems like you're looking for confirmation! Bruh, I think we all have or will think as you do sooner/later. And to have friends who have lost their lives like that makes us all revaluate LIFE!! Bruh, this is tough! Can I ask you is it just the track or running again at track speeds? I remember getting my bike and saying to my wife I won't ride faster than 90! So long ago I told that lie! I fell once doing 15mph...LOL! Hey find a safe track adn get comforatble again and enjoy life...hug and kiss your family everyday!!! My 2 cents!!!
