Just an update to keep anyone following this informed
After some discussions and suggestions by Org members, (thanks so much for taking the time to be involved) and looking at the operation, we have re-written the software for some changes.
It seems a bit cleaner install with these changes.
If you refer to the previous pictures for reference:
Top button is now:
Push to turn on (enabled) / Push again to turn off (Not cancel, but turn off completely)
Second button when red, (enabled) becomes the
set/coast when pushed
When pushed, light goes from red, (enabled) to green (active/engaged)
Third button is now the
Accelerate / Resume button
Assuming either the brake and/or clutch wired up as a cancel, then the resume will return to last engaged speed
Fourth button is now a separate push on / push off button for whatever you want to use it for.
Assuming you have a use for it, if not don't use it.
The output is enough to drive an external relay for high current switching.
In theory, you could use it to control aux lighting, turn off your tail light, turn on the fans, etc
