Woke up with the itch. Should have been raking leaves and playing with the kids. Instead, I put 200 miles on the busa. I seem to remember a post in the last week or two about reflecting on the year. I seem to remember a statement made by yours truly about slowing down. So much for that, I had no less than 5 - 150+ runs and some of the best high speed twisties runs I have done all year. Beautiful cool day, and the busa was in rare form, it would have been a waste to not ring her out.....oh, well....New Year's eve is just around the corner- I promise to make another promise to slow down then!!!

thanks, guys! It was one of those days when you're just on.... hitting the apexs right, entries and exits felt perfect. I even lifted the front end a little coming out of a turn in second gear, been awhile since that has happened. A most awsome feeling if I do say so.....

Come on man slowing down on the busa ....... that is like swearing off of Crack when you still live in a crackhouse.........or equivalent to telling your wife or girlfriend "Ooh baby, I just wanna put tha tip in !!"

As long as you own a bike that is capable of doing high-speed runs at will, you will be tempted, so do yourself a favor and give your bike to some less fortunate motorcyclist like someone one riding a TL or an RC51, or a Blackbird !!

No offense meant if someone owns one of the aforementioned inferior machines.
