Charlesbusa, thanks for the heads up. Really, as Wag has said, I'm still working on smooth and controlled. Taking it on the corners now is so different then the 500 (which helped get me into this bike price wise). The 500 I sat more upright and had to work for corners more. On this rocket I just think about the corner and the bike is set and ready to glide right through it. It is absolutly amazing.

And it is so very nice not to have to drop two gears to keep up with Wag when we move through traffic. I just roll on easy and I'm right there beside him. Such a nice feel!!

Again, Thank you all. WE are very blessed to have each other and the fun things this life has to offer.

The first day I rode home on my new busa, the wife came over and put both hands on the gas tank and said I want to see if it is hot, while her leg rested against the exhaust pipe and burned her. She will definately never ride a bike!!! She thought the gas tank would be the hottest part of the bike?
