STALEMATE

Congrats Omega, which dealer did you choose? How much did you pay out the door? Everyone down here in Miami, Ft.lauderdale area wants $11,650 and up OTD.

Traded in a 2000 XX and paid 2,000.00
Powersports on sunrise has a blue one w/400 miles on it that they'll discount. I passed on that one.

NK I'd say the hard core aftermarket guys like Orient Express, Lee Shierts and Brock Davidson got in there quick because they immediately knew there was a motor in the bike to work with, and the parts suppliers like Ohlins, Webcam, BMC, Tapeworks, Two Brothers etc. etc. wanted to have their name associated with such a high profile new bike as quickly as they could. Hence the rush.

I'm not to crazy about these Powersports dealerships, they give you alot of b/s.If you know of a dealer that will sell one down here in south FLa. under $11,000 OTD, let me know. Thanks

Palmeto Motorsports was the best deal I could get with the BUSA. Most of the others would add all sorts of fees. The best one was a warehouse stocking fee. I asked them if you can't keep them in the showroom how the hell do you have the nerve to ask for such a fee.
Well you go figure.
When I get back to Miami maybe we can get together with OMEGA and go for a ride.

Well Palmetto told me one thing one day and when I went back they wanted $11,700 otd, NOT, specially when they had agreed to sell it for $10,800 otd a 2wks earlier I wasn't able to get it at that moment due to some technical difficulties I don't want to get into right now.
So, how much did you get yours for and where?? Why should we down here have to pay the hype when alot of people on this board have paid mid to low 10's OTD!

I was going to purchase the bike at Palmetto, when my company sent me on a temporary assignment to Arizona. I checked the dealers there and found that Yamaha Suzuki of Arizona had a black one available. He gave it to me for 10,300 OTD. I paid the taxes in Miami and transfered the license plate from my 99 ZX-9R. One thing I did not mention was that my son had worked at the service department for Plametto Motorsports and he introduced me to the owner. Maybe because I was not going through a salesman I got a better price, don't know for shure?
By buying the bike in Arizona I saved 550 on transportation charges. I will pay 550 to have it shipped back to Miami, hopefully in April.
Powersports in Cutler Ridge was also giving me a good price at the time too. If I was not coming out to Arizona I would have probably purchased it from Palmetto.
Looking forward to getting back home and ride with all the South Florida Busa Owner.
