I work in the projects department of a helpdesk. I maintain our knowledge base and assist with implementing new clients/projects that come in to the helpdesk. Been here 9 years Friday the 12th.

Our company is small but we have designed, manufactured and delivered communications systems that have probably affected most of you, especially you guys and gals in the Armed Services. We have specialized designs in the Aegis Class Battleships, Harrier Jets, Tornado Jets, F-22 Raptor, Boeing's 737 MMA and many other Military programs. They control anything from storage of on-board software functions to communications between consoles and weapons systems.
