Steering dampner oil change

I am trying to find out how to change the oil in my stock dampner to 90w. I have looked all over, and in the DIY section, but cannot seem to find it. Can anyone hook me up? Thank you

On a scale of 1 to 10 10 being very stiff and 1 being none....stock being 4 what would you rate the feeling after adding 90W?
