Ask the city of they have video tape of the streets (parking cameras) or you could ask near by clubs and bars???

My first trip to the ROT we stayed at a hotel with security .The people behind me got blocked in they figured it would be easer to drag my bike over the curb even with a rotor lock in it than to attempt to find the people who blocked them in. the socalled security gard didn't see anything. I was pissed just from people manhandeling my bike muchless the idea of someone stealing it. PS. thanks for the heads up on 337. That rut running perpendicular to the apex of that turn is in the exact wrong place . Looks like you hit hard your slider gouges still looked fresh. Glad you were able to wonder 6th street.
