Stupid Lizard!! That sucks, buyit and part it out.

This is a longshot, but the tag is valid, so I wonder if he insured the bike somehow. That would be ironic. Have the HP check the plate and see.

That bike is totaled...I would not rebuild it.

If you have a place to store it and strip it down, then I would pay the $300 and part it out.

Man that sucks. Do you have the space and time to part it out? if not just walk away. Sue his esate for the cost of the bike, a case you should win hands down.

I would seek counsel. You did nothing wrong, so you should be allowed to claim something with the insurance. ???

the plate was registered to another suzuki under a bogus name... I actually pulled the registration papers outta the bike today I happen to notice them so thats gonna be a whole new ball game 2marrow with the police and we are going to a lawyer in the morning to find out about a suite on his estate.

IThe victim was identified as Curtis Lee Williams, 52, of 659 Watson Road in Jackson.

Investigators revealed that the 2008 Suzuki motorcycle that Williams was driving was reported stolen in 2009 from Henderson County, the release said.

The sheriff's department believes speed and alcohol contributed to the accident.

just curious, do we know anything about "mr williams". did he claim to have bought it after it was stolen or is he a carrer criminal?

Glad you're ok and maybe you did get some 'closure'. best of luck sir!

be glad the thief( or one of em) got what was coming to him. IMO the motor is worth the 300 to get it out of tow. could make a nice down payment on a new one:whistle:
