LoJack will refund the purchase price of your LoJack system up to the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP).

Sorry for your loss. To me if they did not activate you system then they should be responsible for everything. Bike and all. Replacing the unit is not much satisfaction for a service you are paying for the keep what you own. They are wrong and in my opinion and should have to pay.

As I stated previously, this protects them ONLY if they provided the service they were paid for. If negligence is proven, as has already been admitted by them, it is worthless. Time to lawyer-up!

This really sucks boss. It makes me so nervous when traveling and leaving our bike parked over night or anyplace for an extended amount of time out of sight. Trust no one!

my 09 white busa was stolen this evening at cafe brazil in deep ellum (dallas, tx). All my fellow dallas riders please keep an eye out.....had fender eliminator, side mount license plate, black voodoo pipes. I had lojack and it never alerted me. Lojack said they didn't enter a "serial number" correctly when they activated my system. What a waste.

i called lojack also, and they said it can take up to 30 min for a report to go out....the bike might not even notify if it was moved. We had a very colorful exchange which ended with me fuming and still not feeling like my concern was addressed.

Nope. Getting jerked around by lojack. Been calling every day and nit getting very far. Bike is still MIA. I'm considering getting an attorney but I will give it another week or so to see how things pan out.

They will stall and hope you go away. They have nothing to lose by doing this because they know most people are intimidated by the thought of finding an attorney. This is my last post to this thread because watching people paying the price for other people's negligence annoys me.

Yea you aren't the only annoyed one trust me. It'll work out eventually I hope. I really want another white 09 but that'll probably be hard to come by.

in my younger days i was down there frequently. haven't been there in a few yrs, I avoid it as well.

I 2nd this. Do not wait any longer! This is attorney material! This won't solve on it's own with phone calls. Strictly court business. Get at em and get paid bro! Sue them for ur lawyers fees as well. Goodluck!
