Wow... Where to begin... Well, my baby girl Trinity was born on Feb 10 via C-section (she is 4 months old now). She was born with esophageal atresia (1 in 3,000 are born with it, so one of you effers was born with it!) She was operated on (major operation) at one day old to connect her esophagus to her stomach. Long story short, she is doing well and will still be able to race motorcycles when she gets a little older.
Speaking of racing, Ben has raced a couple of WERA events and came in 6th (actually won money) on his first race which was at Summit point!!!! He is doing really well and is a control rider for NESBA.
My marathon was a breeze... Well not really... But I did finish it! I ran a 4:38 which ain't bad for someone who never ran before!
I have been tapering down my mountain training for my pending Rainier climb (in two weeks I summit!)
And, I just passed the NSPA ( www.nspainc.com ) Certified Personal Training exam to become a personal trainer. Checkout my new site here: www.rippedwithrip.com.
I am not sure what I will do fitnesswise after rainier, but I am thinking about at least putting a bit of meat on my bones (down to 5.5% body fat @ 170 lbs. from marathon training). Maybe I will do a triathalon (just a thought).
How are all of you?? What has been going on?
Love to all,
Rip
