Street fighter? What do you guys think?

I found these pictures what do you guys think? I have been thinking about it.

Looks like he crashed it and left the fairings off. I have been looking into building a streetfighter, some work well others not so. This looks like an unfinished project with the wiring/fuse box on view and no mudguards etc. It looks fun to go blasting around on though

I think a rear tire higher would help the rear end aesthetically imo.
