stumped on Bazzaz install

Some people don't have access to a tuner for the ECU flash so the Bazzaz is still the best bet for some wanting to control 8-injectors without having to buy two commanders.... ;)

Just so there is no confusion, my first response was for the coils/spark plugs ONLY. When sitting on the bike you should be running the cables around the right side of the bike with the longest to the left and running out of cord length as you route it around.

The injector harness goes around the LEFT side of the frame... ;)

Thanks, you and dozerdriver have been a big help. Tomorrow I will put it back the way I had it first time. All the pins look perfect though. Time to walk away tonight before I kick the dog or something.

I have been looking into getting the full Bazzaz system with the quick shift and the traction control. This is some good info to know ahead of time.

It turns out the brain was good and all my connections were good. The #1 injector connector on the bazazz harness was put together backwards. The tec at Bazazz had me tell him the wire colors and what side they were on. So then I took the plug apart and reversed the pins. It's been raining for a while so Sunday was the first day I could test drive it. Greg at HPC gave me a map for it and it looks like he nailed it. Dozerdriver I haven't got to use yours yet , but I will soon thanks. After all this I can install a Bazazz blind folded and I learned how to get factory codes, it was raining anyways. Anybody in my area plan on doing this install I would be glad to help.
