a local guy here has a dyno... he put my bike on it and showed the following:

yohsi slip on\K&N filter\PC III - 150HP
plus 40 shot NOS = 185HP

What size jet are you running, and did you have 900 psi of bottle pressure?

Mine went from 164 to 211 on a 40 jet at 900 psi.

It depends on where your nozzle is placed in the airbox, if it doesn't get a good spread then you will not build the numbers you are expecting, also bottle pressure and quality of the nitrous is important. I had a 41hp gain with a .036 jet on my dry kit before i traded up to the wet system. Evey bike will be a bit different but it sounds like you are running a .032 jet not a .036. If the A/F is good bump it up to the next jet size and don't worry too much about a couple of lost HP...
