So yeah, head-on into the side of a minivan as it turned left against my green light into my lane of traffic and all I got is some rashed up gear, a broken bike and a couple of scrapes. :bowdown:


And before you ask, NO, THAT WILL NOT BUFF OUT!:whistle:
 
And the cager was beaten to within an inch of his life??? i hope .. sends chills those are my colors probably my yr also 06?
 
that sucks bro. I was in a similar situation but I was lucky enough to be 1 sec slower to the intersection which allowed me to BARELY miss his rear bumper. sorry to hear about your loss. maybe you have an '09 in your near future with the insurance money :laugh:

Man, my year and color also. Gives me a shiver. I'm glad you are OK:bowdown:. My neighbor happened to be over the other day when I was gearing up to go to the store on the bike. I was just about finished with the pants, boots and jacket. He laughed a bit and asked what I thought I was doing since I was only going about 3 miles.
I just smiled and said... protecting myself against idiots in cars.

Glad you walked away. Sorry bout the bike. It hurts to loose a loved one. Hope the ins. co doens't jerk you around. Maybe an '09 for you soon??
 
Oh, I am DEFINITELY shopping. Even my poor, pregnant, distressed wife was asking about how we should deal with the existing bank loan and the new bike.

I can't wait to go riding the new ones and figure out what I want!

Since you seem to be ok and all i hope their insurance will be covering the 06 loan for you man so sorry to see her broke up like that but atleast you are here to tell the tail:thumbsup:

I'm hoping you're trying to decide between the '08 and '09' busa.
 
That is a shame to see that 06 looking like that! You are lucky to be alive! What gear where you wearing? And they will total that, so 08 looks good for you.
Imagine if that biotch didnt carry insurance?
