just this morning i went down to my local dealer for some parts that i had ordered. when i walked into the showroom to check out the bikes,there was a salesman pitching the new zx/12 to a perspective owner, it went something like this: So you like this bike, its a real chain breaker! The customer said yup, but i don't like the color. Well what color do you want? we can paint it any color you want, but i really suggest brown. Brown the customer said , yes brown he replied.You look like a guy who would like it in the brown.Well if i have to take in the brown i guess i will,replied the customer.I'm sure you'd like it in the brown,a lot of our customers take it in the brown.Well how much is the bike? he asked. The salesman replied $13168.00 plus $1169.00 freight and prep.plus $1283.88 tax and license, for a grand total of $15620.88 WOW now thats what I call taking it in the brown.
